Application Of Harvard Analysis Framework In SK’s Financial Analysis

Based on Harvard’s analysis of financial analysis requires analysts not only to learn to use accounting data,but also to be good at using non-financial accounting data,is an important way to analyze the financial situation of enterprises.The traditional method of financial analysis is based on the analysis of simple financial statements,while ignoring the analysis of the environment and business strategy of enterprises,can not accurately reflect the financial situation of enterprises.In order to meet the fierce competition in the domestic and international market environment,oil engineering construction units need to establish a unified,standardized financial analysis methods.Therefore,Harvard analysis framework in the SK financial analysis of the application of research has important theoretical significance and application value.Based on the theory of financial analysis and the theory of Harvard analysis,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of SK’s reference to Harvard analysis frame by using the method of theoretical analysis and case analysis.First,the Harvard analysis framework as a financial analysis tool for the SK company financial analysis,from the industry’s profitability and its own competitive strategy analysis to predict the company’s future performance;by assessing accounting policies and accounting estimates to assess the quality of corporate accounting information;With the company’s financial risk classification analysis,DuPont system and economic value-added analysis to assess the company’s operating performance;the oil construction enterprises in the foreground forecast and index smoothing method to predict the future value of SK company.Secondly,the evaluation results of the financial analysis using the Harvard analysis framework are compared with the traditional financial analysis results in the Harvard analysis framework,and the advantages of the financial analysis of the Harvard analysis framework are obtained.Finally,the financial situation of SK under the framework of Harvard analysis is comprehensively diagnosed and the relevant suggestions are made.This paper chooses the subject of enterprise financial analysis,which is of great concern to business managers and stakeholders,to explore the use of Harvard analysis framework to improve the accuracy of financial analysis system.To promote the application and improvement of SK’s Harvard analysis framework,and on the other hand,to promote the attention of the Harvard analysis framework for oil engineering construction enterprises,to provide practical suggestions for financial analysis and to promote the sustainable development of petroleum engineering enterprises.
