With the rapid updating of information technology,e-commerce helps economic development and plays a huge role in many fields.B2C e-commerce,which refers to the business mode of enterprises to users,has become an important part of the current social and economic development.Due to the rapid development of B2C e-commerce and the continuous improvement of its business mode,its supply chain is no longer a linear chain structure.But on the basis of the rapid transmission of information,all enterprises in the whole industry are closely linked to form a huge network.Therefore,the study of supply chain from a single enterprise perspective is somewhat one-sided,and the use of traditional risk assessment methods has certain limitations.By reviewing the development stage of B2C e-commerce supply chain,we analyze its components and structure types.Through modeling,we verify that the supply chain network is a complex network category.Therefore,from the perspective of complex network and node importance,the impact of individual enterprises on the network is explored.From the perspective of supply chain risk,the system is fully combed out of the risk factors of the supply chain network,and establishes a risk evaluation index system,including 6 first level indicators and 18 two level indicators,and finally the node importance results are taken as weight coefficients,and the evaluation model is built,and an empirical analysis is conducted.First of all,we sort out the research status of complex network theory,supply chain network risk and e-commerce supply chain,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used theoretical tools for supply chain risk research,and put forward the research route of this paper.In addition,this paper combs the evolution of B2C e-commerce market and supply chain network in China,uses Pajek software to build a model,and proves that the B2C e-commerce supply chain network in China is a complex network based on two aspects of the scale free scale and small world effect,which can be studied with complex network knowledge.Secondly,on the basis of the modeling,according to the complex network node importance theory,from the two dimensions of the dynamic and static,the paper extracts four indexes to evaluate the importance of the node enterprise,and constructs a set of node importance evaluation system with two-dimensional characteristics.And then,on the basis of this,the evaluation result of the importance of the enterprise importance is taken as the weight coefficient of the risk evaluation of the supply chain network.By using the entropy weight method and the multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the multi-level risk evaluation model of the B2C e-business supply chain network is established,and the risk assessment from the enterprise level to the supply chain network level is realized.Finally,we use the proposed risk assessment method and model to get the results of B2C e-commerce supply chain network risk assessment in China.High risk and high risk probability are 39.6%,and the evaluation process and results are analyzed.In view of the results,we suggest that enterprises and industry managers should adopt different risk management strategies for different types of enterprises,and strengthen the risk investigation of key enterprises,so as to take risk precautions in time and strengthen the anti risk ability of the whole network system.
