China-Philippines Collaboration On Production Capacity

Under the "21 Maritime Silk Road" initiative,Philippines responded positively,due to the "South China Sea problem",the two countries were in a stagnant state of political and economic during the Aquino authorities.The new president Duthel Te came to power after the initiative to resume the bilateral relations with China,seeking to carry out economic cooperation with China,proposing the "2017-2022 development plan",seeking a development plan and put forward the "Chinese Belt and Road Initiative" strategic docking.Looking at the current situation and future development of bilateral relations,it is still the main thread for China to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation with Philippines and cooperate in various fields.In this context,the study of productivity cooperation between China and Philippines has a good role in promoting economic development and political relations between the two countries.At present,China's cooperation with Philippines has gradually embarked on the normalization track.The cooperation of the two countries has a high level of cooperation and cooperation,and the willingness to cooperate is strong.China's high quality surplus capacity is matched with the demand of Philippines.At present,the way of cooperation between China and Philippines is mainly based on project contracting and capacity investment,but the way of cooperation needs to be expanded.In combination with the current capacity cooperation status of the two countries,the potential of cooperation in the key industries and fields of steel,colored,chemical,textile,engineering machinery and other key industries and fields should be of great potential.In China,we should focus on promoting international capacity cooperation with Philippines in these fields.In order to better ensure the smooth progress of China's capacity cooperation with Philippines,the two countries should give full play to the advantages of the "upgraded version" of the China ASEAN Free Trade Zone and the"twenty-first Century Maritime Silk Road",and strengthen and deepen international capacity cooperation in key industries,such as iron and steel,non-ferrous metals,chemical,textile,engineering machinery,etc.,and encourage enterprises to cooperate in the field of international capacity.The industry promotes international capacity cooperation by means of cluster and extension of industrial chain,and deepens the exchanges between the two countries in the fields of political,financial and humanities to ensure the implementation of international capacity cooperation.This paper studies the cooperation between China and Philippines,and hopes to further enrich the connotation and theory of international capacity cooperation,and provide theoretical support for other international capacity cooperation in the future.In this paper,a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is used to study the cooperation background,current situation,influencing factors and potential cooperation potential of capacity cooperation between China and Philippines.Through the analysis of the.current situation and existing problems of China's and Philippines's capacity cooperation,this paper puts forward the factors affecting the productivity cooperation between China and Philippines.According to the respective demand of the two countries,the potential of the capacity cooperation of the specific industrial sector is analyzed through the visual angle of the dominant comparative advantage of the industrial sector,the complementarity of the industry and the supply and demand of the products.Finally,based on this conclusion,suggestions for further improvement of productivity cooperation are put forward.
