With the rapid development of the Internet and network technology,new media have also developed and assumed the media responsibility given by the society.The government has realized the importance of new media and started to make effective use of new media for the dissemination of government information so that the public can understand the government affairs through new media and supervise government-related activities.Under the requirements of the "Key Points of Opening Government Affairs in 2017",all political platforms for new media are being gradually optimized and improved,and the investment in the platform for new government media is also increasing.This also creates higher operational requirements for the platform.Throughout the new platform for government affairs,the existing establishment obviously can no longer meet the operational needs,urgently need to hire a large number of non-staff,relying on these external personnel to achieve better operation of the new media platform for government affairs,hiring staff has become a platform for government new media The essential.It is learned from practice that in view of the short run time of new government media platforms in various localities and the incomplete management system of employed personnel,most platforms have the phenomenon of "more use and less management",resulting in inefficiency and enthusiasm of employees hindering employment The normal operation of the platform,restricting the government's new media platform for the sound development.This article uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method to deal with and analyze the satisfaction degree of the new media personnel incentive mechanism under the hiring system of administrative units,exposing the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of the new government media platform personnel,It involves five aspects of the salary system,promotion mechanism,training system,performance appraisal and spiritual motivation,explores a set of scientific and reasonable staff motivation mechanism based on the problems,uses the incentive mechanism to maximize the utility of the employed staff and avoids the dismay of the government new media platform staff,Inefficiency and other issues,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of staff,also from the pay system,promotion mechanism,training system,performance appraisal,the spirit of motivation to improve and optimize the five aspects respectively,so that it contributes to the construction of government affairs new media platform Out of the greatest strength to help build a new platform for government affairs media more perfect,so that the government and the public to communicate more smoothly.
