| The development of enterprises depends on talents.Every enterprise is considering and practicing how to attract the talents and retain the talents,in order to stimulate the intelligence and motivation of the talents.As the effective management of human resources,the change of the incentive mechanism has not closely followed the pace of China's economic development.Although state-owned enterprises are supported by the state,their internal problems are more complex.A series of problems have appeared especially in the employee motivation.With the development of economy and changes of the times,the post-90 s with distinct characteristics of the times have started the social work and are becoming an important subject in today's social employment market.They have received extensive attention and comments from all walks of life.The post-90 s employees have distinctive features.The y are active,good at learning,dare to innovation.But most of them are only children.They have poor quality of mind,low pressure resistance and lack the sense of loyalty to the team.Post-90 s employees work in state-owned enterprises.The paradox of individuals and groups,how to adapt and stimulate each other,is very important for employee's development and enterprise's growth.Based on the social background,the author did the research on the incentive theory at home and abroad.Combining the background of knowledge–based employees after 90s' growth,the author summarized the characteristics of knowledge–based employees after 90s'.With the case of H state-owned enterprise on the incentive mechanism of knowledge–based employees after 90s',the author conducted a questionnaire survey on the knowledge–based employees after 90s' in H enterprise and summarized the problems of the incentive mechanism in H enterprise as follows: the form of compensation incentive is single,it lacks performance appraisal system and does the poor execution,it lacks the career planning,the promotion system is flawed,it ignores to build the excellent corporate culture,the incentive for knowledge-based employees after 90s' is the same as that of the average employee.In the light of the problems,the author has improved and designed the incentive mechanism of knowledge–based employees after 90s' in H enterprise,including salary system,performance appraisal,training mechanism,corporate culture and innovative work style. |
