Design And Implementation Of Mail System For Insurance Agent

Today as the emerging industry,the insurance industry is developing so fast.And since the greater mobility of the insurance agent,for some national insurance companies,thousands of agents have attended and left from job.Therefore,many companies don't offer the email to the agents,for the huge amount of the agents and hardness to manage the agents,so the agents only can use the free email box from third party to send the email to customers,then customers feel unformal and unprofessional extremely.This article for designing and implementation is based from the mail system which is prepared by my company for future use in the market,through the mail system for the insurance agents,we give the perception of affiliation to agent and give customers the feeling about safe and formal feelings.This thesis starts through the analysis for demand of the insurance agent industry,it analyzes the actual situation for this industry.It makes a precise design for user interface,backstage administration module,database design,and anti-virus module.Since the specification of the analysis industry,the huge number of people and the large mobility of people,this system has the design for the module to add and delete the account batch.The approval module which produced a number of approval process,and enhances the work efficiency.The system also solved the problem about the lack of the unified mailbox for the insurance agents,it makes the industry more stable.The thesis first introduces the overall architecture of the system,including hardware selection,system environment,service support and system operation.Then it introduces the eight modules of the system are designed.It includes user interface,background management,database design,anti-virus module,anti spam module,as well as the characteristics of the insurance industry,batch increase,delete module and approval module.Batch increase and delete personnel module can add more users at once.It solves the problem of adding and deleting insurance agent for insurance company personnel,and improves work efficiency.The approval module as a feature of the system,has realized the leave,business travel,project approval and many other processes.At the end of the thesis,several important modules are tested,such as login,mail sending and receiving,virus shielding,batch additions and deletions personnel functions and approval functions,and the design requirements have been achieved.
