With the rapid development of the Internet, China’s enterprise mailbox market environment is undergoing tremendous changes, enterprise mail service is increasingly fierce competition. As one of the largest enterprise mailbox service brand, SN company enterprise mailbox service although has made a good reputation and performance in the development process, but the market is expanding much more difficult, operating costs tended to rise year by year, crossing conflicts are frequent in sales channels, cohabitation of marketing channel, effective supervision of agents ineffective agents service level is uneven, marketing channel of market service consciousness is not strong, the service ability of the channel members poor many practical problems remain to be resolved. How to face strong competitors, establish a stable and efficient sales channels, improve and optimize the existing channels, based on the market and further develop into the SN company’s e-mail service must face the theoretical and practical issues.This study firstly introduces the current situation and development of domestic enterprise mailbox marketing channel, and summarizes the development of domestic and international marketing channel theory through literature review. Then in-depth analysis of SN company enterprise mailbox service channel strategy, including SN enterprise mailbox channel formation, channel management analysis of the status quo and existing problems, research content channels covering the functions, structure, selection of channel members, through channels control the five forces model analysis and SWOT to carry on the research of agent channels, in order to make the SN Company business mail marketing channel optimization strategy.
