| In the context of the consistent growth of internet economy,the e-commerce patterns and business patterns as well as business-to-business platforms have developed new characteristics in the aftermath of the New Normal.China has stepped up its journey of transition from consumption internet to industrial internet and a vast number of traditional industries have been witnessing accelerated merge and complementary development in the process.As a result of comparatively stronger channels and bargaining power,the B2 B platforms in possession of extensive resources of small and medium-sized corporate customers tend to provide to users increasingly diversified solutions and more customized services.Playing increasingly important roles in helping corporate customers raise efficiency,reduce cost,optimize industrial chains,develop supply chain finance services,build up featured regional industrial chains,etc.with their advantaged resources,in addition to the joint efforts with local government in promoting the concentration of industrial and business resources,those B2 B platforms would be of positive significance to building up local e-commerce systems and integrative optimization of regional e-business environment.Based on theories of business ecosystem and value cocreation,the paper focused its research on the organization concentration around the core B2 B platform,came up with the concept of B2 B platform ecosystem and conducted detailed analyses on its definition,composition,cause of formation,features and coordination mechanism.Then the paper took B2 B ecosystems centered on domestic and global internet platform giants like Amazon and HC360 as examples to interpret the development,operation and value creation of ecosystems.Then the paper went further to elaborate on the development,constitution,strategic target,resources and application,case studies of the Diyiqiang Group-centered ecosystem and put forward strategies for its further development.The paper took the Diyiqiang Group-centered ecosystem as the object of study and,based on its characteristics and ecosystem resources,offered a set of strategies for further development,i.e.self-improvement strategies including financing service,industrial research service,professional support service,legal service and branding service as well as expansion strategies including intensive local operation and differentiated domestic service.The paper was composed in the hope that coordinated and balanced growth of each and every population within the ecosystem would be reinforced to maximize economic and social benefits while providing theories for long-term and strategic development programs of e-business platforms. |
