Since the reform and opening up nearly 40 years ago,China's economy has developed rapidly.Among them,the role of manufacturing enterprises in the rapid economic growth is huge.However,the rapid development of manufacturing enterprises is accompanied by many development bottlenecks.One of the most prominent problems is human resource management.And motivation is one of the core issues of human resource management research,and also an important means to realize the efficiency of human resource management.Motivate the most fundamental purpose is to have directional induction of the staff work motivation,continue to increase their satisfaction,to make them at the same time of complete enterprise management goal realize own demand to meet,finally to realize win-win situation of enterprises and individuals.Competitive enterprises must attach importance to talents,especially the establishment of perfect incentive mechanism,so as to give full play to their greatest potential.How to use the good incentive mechanism is an important factor that determines the long-term stability and healthy development of enterprises,and is also an important subject for enterprises.In this paper,the background and significance of the research are described.Secondly,the definition and characteristics of incentive are introduced,and several important theoretical bases of motivation are analyzed.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the incentive mechanism of Shenzhen base-stone thermal management technology co.,LTD from the perspectives of the basic situation of the company,the development of incentive mechanism and the content.Fourth,lei stone thermal management in Shenzhen technology co.,LTD as an example,analyzing the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of company and the cause of the problems,for example,company's management did not attach enough importance to incentive mechanism,performance evaluation mechanism and lack of incentive mechanism is not sound,etc.Shenzhen Stone Thermal Management Technology Co.,Ltd.employees of the level of education is uneven,and some employees from college and from the master's,so their personal ability also has the difference.The construction of incentive system needs to guarantee the fairness between the employees who are motivated and the majority of the employees,and can be accepted by the company's employees.If the incentive system construction is unreasonable,then some of the general staff in the comparison may have a sense of imbalance,will undermine their enthusiasm for work.Therefore,the incentive system should be in the construction of specific positions and staff value of reasonable assessment,fundamentally solve the imbalance;Finally,the shenzhen lei stone thermal management technology co.,LTD.,the problems existing in the incentive mechanism,from strengthening management's recognition of the importance of incentive mechanism,perfect the system of the performance appraisal system,perfect company's incentive mechanism,etc.,puts forward the feasible countermeasure,in order to promote lei stone thermal management technology(shenzhen)co.,LTD.And other domestic manufacturing enterprises healthy and sustainable development.
