With the proposal of the One Belt and One Road,Guangxi' s geographical advantages have emerged.Cold chain logistics usher in new opportunities,and warehousing operation efficiency is the core competitiveness of logistics companies.This article takes the cold chain storage of N logistics park as the research object,and studies the optimization of cold chain storage space.This article is divided into six parts.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,topic significance,research contents and methods of cold chain storage in N logistics park.The second chapter discusses the knowledge and review of logistics parks,cold chain storage,and location optimization.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of cold chain warehouse planning and operation in N logistics park.The fourth chapter is the establishment of the optimization model of cold chain storage location of N Logistics Park Company.The fifth chapter is the application and inspection of the optimization model of cold chain storage location of N Logistics Park Company.The sixth chapter summarizes the main work and results of this topic,and puts forward thinking about the optimization of freight location with more influencing factors.The focus of the article falls on chapters 4 and 5.According to the enterprise diagnosis and logistics park,operation positioning and business development direction of the N logistics park cold chain storage,the interview key positions and the analytic hierarchy process are used to determine the principles of efficiency first and weight characteristics.Selecting the classification storage strategy,constructing a multi-objective function model and constraints,and converting it into a single objective function through the method of weight coefficient.In the fifth chapter,the author uses the genetic algorithm MATLAB to solve the cargo location optimization model,and validates and analyzes the modeling results.The storage efficiency is 52.34,a decrease of 6.26%,and the average operation of the manual operation is increased by 120kg/hour,an increase of 12.07%.The transport path of the same cargo unit was reduced by 3m,a decrease of 20%,and the operating cost of the outbound and outbound units was reduced by 40 yuan,a decrease of 27.27%.It can be seen that the target model for determining the efficiency first and the weight characteristics to classify and store as a strategy has a strong application value for the cold chain storage of N logistics parks.
