Skill training is the most important content in enterprise training. However, the lack of skill analysis has hindered enterprises from conducting skill training effectively for a long time. The main reason for the lack of skill analysis is the lack of a set of concepts and methods that support skill analysis. In work analysis, the task(ie,skill)inventory analysis system is a relatively common work analysis system, and has advantages of high information reliability, low cost and low difficulty. At the same time, the system also has an obvious defect that it is difficult to define "task",namely,it is hard to recognize which activity or content can be called "task," leading to a problem that it is difficult to reach an agreement on the understanding of skill complexity in the process of establishing the skill system. The paper aims at recognizing the extent. The S-O-R(Stimulus-Organism-Response)model in the field of cognitive psychology is introduced in the paper. The skill is defined as a set of work comprising relatively fixed information inputting and information processing, and decision results and execution actions. On this basis,a set of skill analysis method is designed based on the TASK INVENTORY method in work analysis. In the paper, the method is used for skill analysis for key positions in the X company, and tests is carried out based on the results of the analysis.Specifically, the method comprises steps of defining positions, describing position responsibilities, extracting skill inventories, analyzing position skill, and testing the reliability and validity of skill extraction. At the end,the universality of the established skill analysis method is analyzed, and improving measures for existing problems are further mentioned.
