With the state's call for a recycling economy and a green economy,the State Grid has strengthened the intensive management and full life cycle management of electric energy metering devices.Based on the field investigation and literature analysis,this paper applies the theory of closed-loop supply chain,multi-stage inventory control and the uncertain planning analysis method to study the current situation and problem analysis of closed loop supply chain and multi-stage inventory of energy metering devices.Through investigation and literature analysis,this paper applies closed-loop supply chain and multi-level inventory control theory and uncertain planning analysis methods,and learned the current situation of closed-loop supply chain and multi-level inventory management of electric energy metering devices and tease out the closed-loop supply chain operation process.As an important material for power grid companies,electric energy metering devices currently have problems such as low recycling rate of recyclable resources,lack of coordination among management units at all levels,poor timeliness of supply,and low inventory turnover rate.According to the grid inventory management strategy,the overall inventory optimization and recycling of old products are currently implemented as two major goals.Based on the existing phased inventory objectives,this paper separately study the formulation of inventory strategies at all levels of the supply chain by considering recycling and not.Based on the above objectives:This paper establishes a multi-level inventory model,adopts a periodic ordering strategy(T,S),which considers the stochastic demand and recovery amount for per unit time;The lead time for ordering by the metering center,branch office of the Power Grid Corp,and the power station are determined,and the out-of-stock is not allowed.In one order cycle Including a new purchase and recycling of old products and remanufacturing.The total cost include the procurement,ordering,transportation,and inventory costs when recycling of old products and remanufacturing are not taken into consideration.In addition,when considering recycling and remanufacturing,this article analyzes the dual-source supply inventory coordination and control where new and old products meet user demand at the same time.And when considering recycling into the entire closed-loop supply chain inventory model.The paper increase the old product recovery costs and inventory costs into the total cost.In this paper,genetic algorithm is used to study the multi-level inventory model.T-grid will as a case.Combined with the actual data,the remanufacturing and remanufacturing inventory models are solved,and the inventory control parameters under different objectives are obtained.So we will get the comparison in inventory management efficiency and inventory cost under different objectives.A comparative analysis will verify the reliability and validity of the model and algorithm.
