Since 2014,the community 020 has become an outbreak of all types of business and capital from various origins has been competing in the development of community 020.Hence,the scale of community 020 welcomed a rapid growth and reached 729.1 billion yuan in the year 2016.There is no doubt that community 020 will lead the tendency of the future consumption pattern of the residents.In the context of the rapid growth of the community 020 market,the terminal distribution benefit is particularly critical.Referring to the business of current community 020 market,the key constraint factors are that the cost of terminal distribution cannot be lowered and the level of logistics service is uneven,which are caused by the improper selection of terminal distribution strategy.Thus,for the problem of high terminal distribution costs and low service level of community 020,this paper discusses the optimal strategy of community 020 terminal distribution,which is suitable for different sizes of orders and fluctuation levels,by emphasizing the periodicity and the fluctuation level of orders.Within this paper,the multi-objective model of optimal decision-making for the community 020 terminal distribution is constructed,aiming at the lowest delivery cost,the highest accuracy of time and the highest communication quality.In the solving process,this paper innovatively puts forward "main-minor distribution model"distribution strategy to cut down the benefit decrement in single distribution mode brought by the order fluctuation per unit period,and uses the genetic algorithm and fuzzy optimum seeking method to solve the problem.Afterwards,via the case study and the discussion about optimal distribution strategy of the community 020 business throughout the whole life cycle,the model of optimal decision-making for the community 020 terminal distribution and solving methods are verified,and it makes contributions to selecting the terminal distribution strategy for community 020 merchants in different stage of development as well.This paper is intended to provide a set of "combined" terminal distribution strategy to optimize the comprehensive benefit for different scales of orders,different fluctuation levels of orders and different development stages of community 020 merchants in the decision-making process of terminal distribution.
