Research On Internal Control Of NL Textile Company Inventory

With the rapid development of market economy,the challenges faced by the company are more and more serious and complicated,and the good or bad development of a company depends largely on the perfection of its internal control.The internal control determines the normal operation of the company,and has a positive effect on improving the operation management efficiency of the company and ensuring the safety of the company's property.Domestic and foreign manufacturing environment changes deeply today,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises want to adapt to changing environment,and well meet the challenge of the fierce and avoid bankruptcy collapse,establishing and perfecting the internal control is very important to the company.For manufacturing companies,inventories account for a large proportion of assets.Therefore,establishing and perfecting the inventory internal control systems and procedures has certain practical significance to improve manufacturing level of profitability and increase its competitiveness.This paper mainly adopts the literature research method,field research method and normative research method,and selects the manufacturing private company—— NL textile company as the research object.Through field investigation and research of the company,I found that the company has formulated the relevant internal control system,but also exist in inventory internal control building,there are some loopholes and inadequacies,for example,the internal control activity management is extensive,the internal control supervision is absent.In particular,the establishment of the inventory control system,procedures and so on has not been well implemented.Therefore,this article combined the theories and actual situation of internal control,and studies the problems of internal control of NL textile company inventory.Then,this paper proposes a reasonable and effective solution of the problems and causes of the internal control of the company's inventory,so as to strengthen the internal control of NL textile company.The framework consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly states the research background and significance of the thesis,and expounds the research contents and the research methods adopted in this paper.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis.This part mainly expounds the concept of inventory risk and inventory internal control,discusses the theory of internal control and asymmetric information,which provides the relevant theoretical basis for the writing of the paper.The third part describes the basic situation of NL textile company,the inventory of NL textile company and the status of internal control of inventory,and analyzes the problems existing in the inventory control of NL textile company.On the basis of the analysis of the third part,the fourth part analyzes the reasons why NL textile company's inventory control exists from the five elements of internal control.The fifth part is the suggestion.In view of the problems and problems in the inventory internal control of NL textile company,this part puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems in the inventory control of NL textile company.The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes the full text and reveals the importance of studying the internal control of inventory.
