Study On The Value-added Internal Audit Of NF Company

Even through the global economic recovery has been accelerated after experiencing a sharp decline during the financial crisis,companies still face multiple pressures.Now,for the future sustained and sound development,enterprises face the global market competition from the informationized technology and the economic globalization.Also,enterprises need to find ways to overcome the challenge brought by the standardized regulation and transparency of Information.Therefore,companies should improve their value-added internal audit function,in order to integrate resources,play advantages,and seek maximum benefits.Under the complex social economic environment and the new normal background,it is necessary for companies to transform from the tranditional internal audit to the value-added internal audit.At the same time,the implementation of supply-side structural reform also plays an important role in the internal auditing transformation helping companies reform and upgrade.In addition,Enterprises have the responsibility to promote ideas and the application of the value-added internal audit.To sum up,it is a hot topic for individuals that how to solve the contradictions,appearing in the process of externalization of value-added internal audit.Closely linking with the real situation of the corporation,this paper adopts comprehensively methods of literature analysis and case study,so as to analyze the value-added internal audit of NF company.The status of internal audit of the enterprise,which is studied in paper reflects existing problems in the current situation of our enterprise internal auditing.This article aims to find problems of NF company's internal audit system and analyze reasons about this situation profoundly.After analysis causes,there are some countermeasure and suggestion proposed to solve problems.Based on the introduction of the Balanced Score card and the Performance prism,this paper puts forward a comprehensive method of the performance evaluation of value-added audit of NF company.Through the further analytical research of this practical project,the penman gained some beneficial enlightenment about the application of value-added internal audit.Hope this article can enrich internal audit research,and can offer the reference for internal audit of enterprise.
