Discussion On Logistics Cost Control Of Jingdong

In the logistics management,logistics cost management occupies a very important position.In order to stand out in the increasingly fierce market competition,e-commerce enterprises must strictly control the cost of logistics activities and strive to improve the logistics service level of enterprises.Obviously,it is very important for enterprises to reduce the logistics cost.Once the logistics is short,it will seriously affect the overall development of the enterprise itself.Nowadays,the specialization degree of China's logistics industry is not enough,and the overall standardization level is not high enough.There is no systematic standard for the logistics facilities and transportation equipment.The phenomenon of repeated operation often occurs.This will greatly affect the overall efficiency of the enterprise,increase the cost of the enterprise,and weaken the competitiveness of the enterprise.In order to facilitate the management of the logistics activities of the company,the enterprise must reasonably calculate the cost of logistics.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the control and management of the cost of e-commerce logistics.Based on the characteristics of e-commerce industry,this paper analyzes the actual situation of the whole industry,and probes into how to control the cost produced in the logistics activities of e-commerce enterprises.This paper first studies the related concepts of logistics,and then combines the actual situation of the related cases,analyzes the problems in the logistics cost control of the case enterprises,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,the suggestions and measures for the logistics cost control are given in the end.The structure of this article is mainly divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction.This paper introduces the background and significance of this topic,literature review,research ideas and methods,as well as the framework of this article.Literature review from three aspects of logistics cost,logistics cost control method and activity based costing in logistics cost control,it introduces relevant literatures both at home and abroad.The second part is the overview of logistics cost control theory of e-commerce enterprises.Firstly,the definition and classification of logistics cost are introduced,and the logistics management mode of e-business enterprise is introduced,and then three basic methods of logistics cost control are introduced,and the problems of controlling the cost of e-commerce logistics are discussed.The third part introduces the background of the case.First,it introduces the development of e-commerce industry and the general situation of Jingdong development.Then,it introduces the three logistics modes of Jingdong,and finally introduces the logistics cost control method of Jingdong.The fourth part analyzes the problems in the logistics cost control of Jingdong,such as the lack of performance cost control,the high cost of human resources,the high cost of return,and the reasons for these problems.The fifth part,combined with the industry background and development trend,puts forward further suggestions for the problems of Jingdong logistics cost control before.Through the research on the logistics cost of e-commerce enterprises,this paper holds that: first,the current e-commerce enterprises in China have not formed a complete system in the logistics cost control.Enterprises are not aware of the importance of controlling the cost of logistics and often ignore the cost of logistics.However,with the development of enterprises,the development speed of logistics can not keep up with the development speed of the enterprise.The enterprise has to pay more attention to the logistics cost,especially for the electronic business department of self logistics,the high cost of logistics will greatly affect the enterprise.Profit.The construction of the whole logistics market is not perfect,the concept of logistics management is backward,the traditional accounting system can not fully meet the needs of the e-commerce enterprises,the information system technology is backward,and the information that can not reflect the information needed by the company are all the reasons for the control of the logistics cost of the e-commerce enterprises.Second,e-commerce companies can take the following measures to achieve logistics cost control.Enterprises should first understand the relevant concepts of logistics management correctly,pay more attention to logistics costs,train professional talents for logistics,and improve their own logistics services.Secondly,we should strengthen the construction of local logistics operations,make full use of modern advanced technology,improve the efficiency of logistics operations,and strengthen the strategic cooperation between the third party logistics and improve the competitiveness of the enterprises.In addition,the enterprise should pay attention to the cost of stealth logistics.In addition to the traditional logistics cost,the logistics cost also includes the reverse logistics cost.It is necessary for the enterprise to fully understand the related concepts of logistics cost,and to understand how the logistics cost is formed.Third,enterprises should strengthen the construction of logistics industry,and further study the related concepts
