In the 21 st century,information technology represents new productivity and new direction of development,and has become a force to lead the trend of future development.During the period of "the 13 th five-year plan",it is an important strategic opportunity period and key window period for China's economic and social development.Information technology has become an important engine to guide China's comprehensive reform and innovation,and whether China can move from a major online country to a strong one in the world and enter the first echelon of global information technology,it must realize the deep integration of informatization and economic society.As a company undertaking development and construction and operation of ZM industrial park in FD development zone,facing new opportunities,new situations and new challenges,ZM company urgently needs to further strengthen customer relationship management to meet the company's development needs.This article is divided into five parts,using the method of observation,investigation,case analysis,literature research methods,such as the first part of the relevant theory,elaborated the CRM related theory knowledge,in this paper,the theory basis;The second part of ZM company customer relationship management existence question and reason analysis,introduces the ZM company profile,find out the problems of CRM,and analyzes the reason,the necessity of construction of CRM system and ZM company;The third part of ZM company CRM system analysis,from the construction goal of CRM system,ZM company CRM system feasibility,ZM company business functional requirements of CRM system,ZM company CRM system of business process and so on four aspects,system analysis;The fourth part ZM company CRM system design,put forward the ZM company CRM system design principles and targets,from CRM system architecture design,ZM company CRM system module design and so on two aspects in detail elaborated;The fifth part is the implementation management of the CRM system of ZM company,and the measures are put forward from two aspects,such as implementation strategy and guarantee measures,and the evaluation of the expected effect is carried out.In this paper,ZM company is the research object,aiming at integrating the practical needs of ZM company,systematically analyzing and designing the CRM system,and also hoping to help enterprises improve the scientific and standardized level of customer relationship management through research,so as to effectively promote customer relationship management to create more value in the management of enterprises and provide new drivers for the development of enterprises.
