With the advent of the Internet era,Internet finance has gradually become an important part of China's financial system,and with the rapid development of e-commerce,the popularity of online payment software and the continuous improvement of intelligent terminal equipment,it is playing a more and more important role in promoting China's economic development.But in the short term,national wealth is a constant.The rise of Internet Finance and the entry of foreign financial institutions will inevitably impact the traditional financial branches of banks.Under the background of China's economic restructuring,the transformation of economic development mode and the trend of mixed operation,China's banks,especially commercial banks,are facing tremendous pressure of transformation.This pressure will be transmitted to employees,and the complexity of the job pressure will lead to changes in the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance.Therefore,it is meaningful to explore the relationship between the three factors in the new era.Based on summarizing the related research results both at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the relationship between job stress,job satisfaction and job performance,and puts forward research hypotheses.Through a questionnaire survey and data collection for 275 employees in Xi'an commercial banks,statistical analysis the relationship between three variables,the study reach the following conclusion that: 1.The work pressure has both positive and negative sides.2.There is a significant positive correlation between positive job stress and internal satisfaction,external satisfaction and general satisfaction,and negative job stress has a significant negative correlation with internal satisfaction,external satisfaction and general satisfaction.3.There is a significant positive correlation between positive job stress and task performance and peripheral performance,and negative job stress has a significant negative correlation with task performance and peripheral performance.4.There is a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and job performance.5.Job satisfaction has partially moderating effect between job stress and job performance.On this basis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for commercial banks to reduce employee's negative pressure level,improve their level of positive stress,job satisfaction and job performance,so as to provide some references for managers of commercial banks.
