Knowledge Transfer Within The Industry,Academic And Research Alliance And Its Impact On Technological Innovation Of Enterprises

Industry-university-research alliance is a strategic alliance formed by academic institutes and enterprises in pursuit of technological innovation.It is a kind of cooperative relationship with complementary advantages and common development established by enterprises and research institutes under the support of the government and intermediary agencies in combination with their respective superior resources.This article first reviews the relevant theoretical knowledge of the industry-university-research alliance and knowledge transfer.Knowledge nodes participating in knowledge transfer are identified,and a knowledge network is constructed based on cooperation between knowledge nodes.Analysis of each knowledge node may affect the knowledge transfer factors,make assumptions.Hypothesis holds that knowledge provider's knowledge reserve,knowledge transfer ability and willingness are positively correlated with knowledge transfer performance.Knowledge absorption capacity and willingness of enterprises,trust with partners,established reasonable profit distribution mechanism are positively correlated with knowledge transfer performance;the distance between enterprises and partners is negatively related to the performance of knowledge transfer;government support and agency support with knowledge transfer performance is positively correlated.The performance of knowledge transfer is also positively related to the technological innovation capability of enterprises.Based on the assumptions proposed,the survey questionnaire was designed to investigate enterprises,universities,and government agencies participating in the Industry,University,and Research Institute of Tangshan City.According to the actual situation of the participating units in the cooperation of industry,universities,and research institutes,the respondents ranked the role played by each knowledge node and the influencing factors.The reliability test,factor analysis,and regression analysis are performed on the collected data,analyze the influence scores of the knowledge nodes,the influence factors of the knowledge transfer within the industry,university,and research institute,and whether the assumptions are established.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the smooth development of knowledge transfer in the industry-university-research alliance and the improvement of enterprises' R&D and innovation capability.
