Research On The Retailers Buy-back Contract Of Supply Chain Under Different Expectation Level

The idea of supply chain management has been accepted all over the world,and realizing the coordination of supply chain has been the basic condition for all enterprises to realize win-win situation,also the enterprises have reached consensus.Through the control of the supply chain,the customers,retailers and suppliers are satisfied,and the enterprise economic benefit is reduced.In the actual production and life,suppliers will be appropriate to provide certain benefits in order to encourage retailers to increase product quantity to expand their profits and some contract mechanism would be introduced into the supply chain model to achieve supply chain coordination.According to the characteristics of the current product short-life cycle,the buy-back contract is the most suitable supply chain contract mode for this kind of commodity.In the study of supply chain,this paper studies the supply chain of the secondary supply chain,mainly through the supply chain of one supplier and one retailer.During the study found that supplier has the advantage of product pricing,retailer has the advantage of product ordering quantity decision,so in the whole supply chain system,the ordering of the product quantity is decided by retailer,who would choice the number of the product according to their own profits maximization principle.In this paper,there are mainly three parts and each part has its independent point of expectation level by taking the buy-back contract into supply chain model to achieve the supply chain coordination.Firstly,the key of this model is considering the distribution of the retailers and suppliers of the market demand forecast,and then put the forecast into the supply chain model,and distribute the market according to comparing between the actual demand and the forecast of the retailers and suppliers.Another part is pricing and ordering products according to the different market forecast and divided market.Secondly,considering the possibility of sales efforts affect on the market demand.When the buy-back contract is introduced into the model,the cost share buy-back contract and compensatory buy-back contract are taken.By calculating,the two perspectives on supply chain can both achieve coordination.Finally,the intention of retailers under the buy-back contract is used.By taking the retailers' intention as the key point,we take all-buy-back and part-buy-back into supply chain and calculate the specific parameters of the supply chain.In the two view points,they both can achieve the supply chain coordination.Through the study of supply chain coordination,the introduction of buy-back contract proves that the adjustment of price can achieve the purpose of coordination.From three perspectives cuts of this paper,it has the significance of practical application.Through the division of market forecast,the analysis of sales effort and the consideration of buyback intention,the real activity of manufacturer and retailers is effectively reflected in the model study of the article.Manufacturers and retailers would take consensus into their own decision-making process.Ultimately achieve a win-win situation,and promote the benign development of the supply chain and strengthen comprehensive competitiveness.
