In 2014,China officially entered the "new normal" of the economy,recognized the new normal,adapted to the new normal,and led the new normal,This is the great logic of China's economic development at present and in the future.Under the background of the new normal economy,how does the advertising industry in Henan Province seize opportunities and meet challenges to achieve leapfrog development from qualitative change to qualitative change,to improve the core competitiveness of the advertising industry in Henan Province,promote the healthy and steady development of the advertising industry in Henan,and revitalize the Central Plains economy,The realization of Henan's rise has strong research value.This article analyzes the related data of advertising industry in Henan Province and analyzes the development status and problems of the advertising industry in advertising media,advertisers,and advertising companies in Henan Province.It also discusses the three major characteristics of the new economy Growth,economic structure optimization,and innovation drive opportunities and challenges for the development of the advertising industry in Henan;on-site interviews with advertising industry experts and scholars in Henan Province and found that the weak links in the development process of the advertising industry and advertising companies in Henan Province are mainly manifested in Less resources,less funds,lack of advertising professionals,and advertising company operating skills lag.Based on the above analysis and the economic and social environment of Henan Province,this article proposes the overall goals of the advertising industry development strategy of Henan Province in the next 17 years from the perspective of development strategy.According to the three phases of "preparation,development,and improvement",it will be realized in Henan Province by 2035.The output value of advertising accounted for 1%of GDP,creating first-rate local advertising companies and first-rate advertising brands in the Central Plains.Zhengzhou will become one of the cities with the highest contribution rate to national advertising.To this end,through the development of specialized advertising companies,the formation of advertising industry strategic alliances,the realization of digital transformation and upgrading,optimization of talent structure and other specific measures,and ultimately achieve the economic new normal under the Henan advertising industry development strategic goals.
