The Research On The Stock Assets Assessment Of SD Company's Public Private Partnership Project

Since the third Plenary Session of the 18 th in 2013,the Chinese government has actively promoted the cooperation mode between the government and social capital,namely the PPP model.Private capital investment for communal facilities is increasing,so the number of the PPP projects has also increased rapidly.However,when evaluating the price of the stock assets built by the PPP project,the evaluation institution often ignores the uniqueness of the project assets,so that the valuation price cannot reflect the market value accurately.This paper takes the evaluation of the stock assets of the SD company PPP project as an example,analyzes the problems existing in original evaluation method,finds the improvement method to solve the problem,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.Because the original method of the stock assets evaluation of the SD company PPP project is the market method,and the market method is the common method of valuing the assets,the paper also do more research on the market method.This paper takes the evaluation of the stock assets of SD company PPP project as the research object,the core of which is to study the improvement of the stock assets evaluation method of PPP project.First of all,according to the relevant research background,this paper determines the research objectives,research significance,and the current domestic and foreign research theories are combed.Then,this paper introduces the characteristics of SD company PPP project stock assets,and describes the status quo of the SD company PPP project and its stock assets evaluation.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of the SD company PPP project stock assets,this paper finds out the problems in the evaluation work and analyzes the related problems.Thirdly,since the assessment is focused on the evaluation methodology,the evaluation method is improved with the asset characteristics,and the relevant improved design is made.Finally,the improved method is used to evaluate the stock assets of SD company PPP project,and further verify the feasibility of the improved evaluation method.The evaluation results before and after the improvement were compared and analyzed,which shows that the improved evaluation method can be used to obtain reliable evaluation result.In the paper,the suggestion of evaluation work is summarized,and some suggestions about the evaluation of the stock assets of PPP project are put forward.Based on the study of the case,this paper found some characteristics of the stock assets of the SD company PPP project,mainly focused on: market,region,land property rights and so on.According to the analysis of the stock assets of the SD company PPP project and other related PPP projects,it is found that the two have some similarities,so the research conclusion has certain practical significance to the evaluation of the related PPP project assets.
