Research On The Internal Control Improvements Of H Regional Air Traffic Management Bureau

In order to standardize and guide the administrative construction of internal control system of administrative institutions in our country,China's Ministry of finance has issued many regulations,such as the "administrative unit","rules of financial institutions financial rules","enterprise accounting standards",and so on.In December 2012,the Ministry of Finance promulgated the "internal control standard of administrative institution(Trials)",and requested that the administrative institutions in the whole country begin to implement in January 1,2014.This is the first management system which covers all administrative institutions in China.The promulgation of this means higher standard of the construction of internal control of the administrative institutions in our country.But how to improve each unit within the existing control,to make it more in line with the requirements of the specification for now,this is one of the focuses of their work,but also a difficulty.In this paper,the H regional air control bureau is selected as the research object.Through the actual investigation and analysis of the unit,some information of the internal control of the unit is obtained.At the same time,the basic situation of the internal control construction of the unit is understood from the leadership of the unit and the grass-roots unit.The article mainly defines the internal control of the administrative institutions from the internal control regulations of the administrative institutions,and analyzes the present situation of the internal control of the H regional air control bureau from two aspects of the unit level and the business level,and finds out the existing problems through analysis of the present situation,and puts forward the problems in view of the existing problems,some suggestions for improvement.The purpose of this article is to provide the basis for the strengthening management of the budget,the effective allocation of resources,the improvement of the efficiency of the use of funds,and the improvement of the internal control of the administrative institutions by improving the internal control construction of the H Regional Air Management Bureau,and also to provide material for the improvement of the internal control of the administrative institutions and promote the overall development of the administrative institutions.
