A Study On Improvement Of The Equity Investment Decision Of Janglin Assets Management Corporation

Private equity investment refers to the equity investment carried out by private equity funds to the non-listed company.In the process of implementing the transaction,it will consider the future exit mechanism,namely,to withdraw from the profit by the way of the first public issue of stock,merger or management,or the management layer repurchase.As the link and the engine of the capital market and the real economy,after many years of rapid development,private equity investment plays a more and more important role in improving the proportion of direct financing and promoting the healthy development of the multi-layer capital market.It has become an indispensable and supporting entity in the construction of a multi-level capital market and an important force in support of the real economy.As a new financial product innovation,the poor liquidity,information asymmetry and focus on the future of the characteristics of private equity funds institutions face many risks,including the risk of a significant and direct threat is the investment decision-making mistakes,if the investment decision-making unscientific,it will increase the risk of project failure.Therefore,from the perspective of private equity institutions,we should fully analyze the problems existing in the early stage of the project selection,and take timely measures to improve the possibility of successful project investment.In this paper,the Jianglin Asset Management Company(hereinafter referred to as"Jianglin Company")as the research object,Janglin company was studied combining with the characteristics of equity investment projects and venture capital investment decision-making theory,the project tries to put forward some feasible suggestions to improve the selection.The article introduces the situation of business investment decision and the existing problems of Jianglin company.The analysis finds that the company has problems in due diligence,risk assessment,valuation and choice of investment methods;the lack of evaluation and rewards and punishments,and the weak management of investment decisions are the direct reasons for these problems.Then,this paper puts forward relevant optimization measures,including improving due diligence analysis,to establish a comprehensive evaluation method based on the evaluation system,using a variety of valuation methods and diversified investment methods;in order to promote the implementation of the optimization measures,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures to improve the accountability and incentive mechanism and strengthen the risk management of the investment decision.Through the improvement of these aspects,on the one hand,it can reduce the risk of the investment decision failure of the Jianglin Corporation,improve the decision-making ability of the project and the overall utilization efficiency of the funds,strengthen the core competitiveness,and ensure the sustainable development ability of the enterprises.On the other hand,it can also provide reference for optimizing investment decisions of Private Equity Investment Firm with similar scale in the industry.
