Decision Research And Value Evaluation Of Private Equity Investment

Private equity investment fund(PE)is developing rapidly in the world.In recent years,China private capital has poured into the capital market,China has become the most active destination of equity investment in the world.However,with the international financial crisis,the world economy continues to be depressed,China capital bubble is expanding and economic slowdown.China PE market has more funds,less high-quality projects,the investment project price is seriously overestimated,the project is widely shelved but difficult to exit,AS a result,the china PE market is in an unhealthy state.How to find the high quality projects of private equity investment institutions become the focus of equity investment industry.In this paper,through the comprehensive and detailed due diligence of GH company,the feasibility of equity investment of GH company is studied from the perspective of investment institutions.Using the scientific method of causal analysis prediction method to predict its future performance,using the valuation model of DCF valuation method and market valuation method,the reasonable valuation of GH company equity investment project provides theoretical basis and strong support for investment scheme design and investment income prediction.At the same time,the paper also hopes to provide a reference for the selection of high-quality equity investment projects in investment institutions.
