| With our country entering into the period of economic transformation,the hidden problems brought by the rapid development of early times has gone into people's horizon gradually.It's very vital to settle these hidden problems properly to get through the period of economic transformation.Among the problems,the debt risk of local government financing platforms attracted lots of scholars' attention due to its special orientation.Local government financing platforms are the products of the specific historical background,which have made great contribution in dealing with the global financial crisis in 2008.However,the largely increasing rate of its number and scale of debt has also accumulated lots of risks,among which the risk that local government platforms fail to repay the debt in time especially merits investigation.As the government financing platform of Zhaoshan Demonstration Area,Zhaoshan Economical Construction Investment Limited Liability Company(Zhaoshan Company for short below)has undertaken the responsibility of financing and investing for the economic development of Zhaoshan Demonstration Area.It's discovered that the debt risk of Zhaoshan Company is an issue that worth researching after the analysis of its financial sheets from 2014 to 2016.Mainly based on the theory of risk management,this thesis conducts risk identification by analyzing Zhaoshan Company's financing sheets from 2014 to 2016 and predicting its finance predicament based on the Z-score model,which draws a conclusion that Zhaoshan Company is faced up with high debt risk.According to the comprehensive analysis above,this thesis analyzes the causes of the identified debt risk and then puts forward relative suggestions on the control of the debt risk.This thesis is framed by the three steps of debt risk identification,cause analysis and risk control in order to improve the level of Zhaoshan Company's debt risk management and to provide a reference for other local government financing platforms. |
