In recent years,the third-party payment has been booming in China,as its convenience,practicality,security and low-cost make it popular among consumers.With the development of third-party payment industry,the number and volume of third-party payment platform dramatically increased,too.However,all kind of risks also exist behind the prosperity and how to recognize as well as handle the risks becomes the vital issue for the platforms.From the perspective of third-party payment platforms,this thesis studys the content,features and current situation of third-party payment industry by studying relevant researchs and collecting data.Meanwhile,after summarising the problems that third-party payment industry faced,this thesis analyzes the risk of third-party payment platforms,which are competition risk,legalityrisk,market risk,networksystem risk,financial risk,technical risk and fraud risk.In order to evaluate the risk of third-party payment,this thesis builds a risk evaluation system by using the methods of AHP and fuzzy-synthtic evaluation and then gets the result:the risk of third-party payment platforms is above the average level.To test the validity of the result,this thesis uses Alipay as an example to evaluate its specific risk byhanding out questionnaires and doingregressionanalysis,which comes to the same result.What's more,this thesis comes up with several suggestions for third-party payment to deal with and reduce relevant risks.After giving risk control suggestions from the normal govertnment and enterprise level,this thesis innovatively comes up with the idea of combining blockchainwiththird-partypayment to control the risks,as well as giving a feasibility analysis.
