The real estate market is witnessing a structural adjustment with unprecedented width and depth,under the background of the country's economic development entering "The New Normal" as well as the financial deleveraging and guiding ideology of " housing is for living in,not for speculation".The fact will contribute to the emergence of the risk of housing loans that the house price with little capacity to increase rapidly and the rising cost of housing loan.As a main part of the risk management of housing loan,the study of the credit risk of housing loan borrowers will do good to the stable development of commercial banks and national economy as well as the social system.This paper aims to study the credit risk of housing loan borrowers and measures to prevent from it,with the help of my job of housing loan.Firstly,this paper reviews the related literatures and theories of the borrowers' credit risk management of housing loan.Secondly,taking Suzhou Branch of Bank A as a practical analysis object from aspects of the housing loan operation condition and operation mode,this paper introduces the present situation of the housing loan issued by the bank,and finds out the problems in the borrowers' credit risk management,as well as analyzing the deep reasons of problems of borrower's credit risk management.Finally,this paper gives suggestions of borrower's credit risk management according to the problems above,in order to prevent the occurrence of the credit risk,and enhance the security of the housing loan of Suzhou Branch of Bank A.
