At present,major banks have put forward the idea of building smart banks.The pilot was carried out first in some city.From the pilot points of view,all aspects reflect well,but need the fixed time to promote them,various mechanisms need to be perfected.Recent years,commercial banks at home and abroad have built intelligent institution in succesion,carrying out the construction of the online and offine channels.International commercial banks such as Citibank started the construaction of intelligent banks in 2010.Introducing high technology into the construction of electronic channels and physical channels,and supplemented by personalized design,transforming traditional commercial banking institutions into new intelligent banks.At home,China Construction Bank and other commercial banks are also actively building smart banks.The Bank of China is now promoting smart banks,but there are some problem in this process,for example,the process of banking transition is slow,lack of innovation,the operation process needs to be improved and so on.This article takes the Bank of China as an example on how to build a smart bank in channel construction,some views have been put forward about what path should be followd and what countermeasures should be adopted.The main contents are the following:“Scientific and technological innovation,channel first”,it is the strategic move of many banks “networktransition”.Bank of China has established several flagship stores of intelligent banks.The bank took the measure to realize the seamless connection and efficient collaboration between the physical channels composed of various intelligent terminal devices.Realized the perfect combination of line and line.Electronic channel construction is the focus of network transformation,this paper uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the electronic channel construction of the Bank of China,in order to find the an appropriate way to implement the construction.In the aspect of the transformation of the physical channel,create an appropriate hall environment for the customers,renewing and reforming the business area.Bank outlets are facing the fate of survival or extinction.Network transactions are gradually replacing many of the functions of the business outlet.This paper expounds how to reconstruct the physical channels under the line in the construction of the outlet,to adapt the idea of a new era of the banking industry development.In order to cooperate with the construction and reconstruction of the channel smoothly,need to optimize and integration of service and operation processes,the main implementation countermeatures are as follows:1)Optimization of service flow.2)The integration of the back-end operation process in the bank.3)Product optimization combination.4)The integration of institutions and personnel.Smart banks let many front-line counter service workers release,enrich the marketing team,providing more appropriate and meticulous services for customers.At the same time,the middle and back-end people have a new work task.How can the internal control system be adapted to the new type of bank,continue to protect the stable operation of the bank,it is the problem that should be taken into consideration at t he moment.The transformation of intelligent bank is already “wind energy cloud urgent”,who can take the lead in converting strategic capabilities into process capabilities and application ability,who will preempt the market.The future new banks will continue to resplendence,or gradually disappearing,it also takes time and practice to test it. |
