| With the promotion of emerging technologies such as cloud computing,Internet of things and artificial intelligence,big data have been applied itself to more and more industries,played an important part in companies,management and operation.Driven by data,cross-border ecommerce provides consumers with convenient and enjoyable shopping experience with the lean,efficient and creative procedure and collaboration in different modules of a company.In Internet times,customers' characteristic habits and needs are fully focused on and analyzed.Problems such as cross-cultural ecommerce in the past have better solutions with the help of big data.In order to describe the operation strategy of cross-border ecommerce driven by data,this dissertation concludes the drive path of big data,takes Amazon company as an established case,discusses the operation strategies of cross-border ecommerce companies and their application of big data.In five key process(supply chain management,category management,precision marketing,user experience and customer relationship),big data shows its power and brings customers with value of service.Meanwhile,this dissertation puts forward the problems of product homogenization and data island,so the suggestion is proposed that companies should build up a user-oriented data management system.strengthen the collaboration of all modules and satisfy the personal requirement with valuable service.Focusing on application of big data,this dissertation discusses the specific method of big data applied to the cross-border ecommerce companies' operation,concludes the achievement in industrial practice,and as a result,enriches the academic research in this area. |
