Planning Strategy And Practice For Landscape Improvement Of Beautiful Village Environment In Shaoshan City

Chinese villages have a long history and the development process is complex,with a large number and geographical distribution.The task of building beautiful villages in the new period is arduous,and its planning and leading work is particularly urgent and arduous.In the past ten years,many domestic agencies in the fields of scientific research,administration,and economics have conducted exploration and research on beautiful rural construction and have achieved certain results.However,the research projects for landscape improvement and design of beautiful rural environments in Hunan Province are still insufficient.The degree of innovation is not high enough to meet the practical needs of rural planning and construction?Due to the differences in its location,transportation,natural environment,resources,historical culture,social economy,and policies,Shaoshan City has unique geographical features in terms of land-use,space planning,infrastructure facilities,ecological environment,and landscape style.This thesis analyze the status quo of new rural construction in Shaoshan City by means of field research,literature review and case tracking and so on,according to its current characteristics and existing problems,put forward a set of methods to adapt to the environmental landscape planning of beautiful villages in Shaoshan City.The main results of the study are as follows:(1)Study theories and cases related to the planning and construction of beautiful villages at home and abroad,summarizing the theory and experience,including the protection and utilization of the original ecological landscape;the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism;the industrialization and modernization of agriculture,ecology and culture;inheritance and innovation of historical culture etc.(2)Based on the investigation and analysis of the new rural construction situation in Shaoshan City,the main problems in the planning and construction of beautiful villages in Shaoshan City are summarized as follows:the lack of pertinence and innovation in planning,the lack of fit between spatial function and image,and lack of culture Inheritance and regional characteristics,ecological sustainable development concept is not deep.Discuss the main causes of the problem are:the beautiful countryside policy is faster and the planning and construction is relatively backward,the economic development is not balanced,the education level of the villagers is low,the problems of resources and environment left over by history,issues concerning the coordinated development of scenic spots and new countryside,etc.(3)Combining theory and case studies,basing on the reality of the planning and construction of beautiful villages in Shaoshan City,it is proposed that the environment landscape improvement plan for the beautiful villages in Shaoshan City should follow the principles of integrity,protection,regionality,people-centeredness,and sustainable development.Summarize the planning strategies adapted to the beautiful villages in Shaoshan City:technological strategies led by planning and design,ecological strategies based on environmental protection,engineering strategies featuring cultural inheritance,and economic strategies supported by industrial development.(4)Taking the environmental landscape improvement planning project of Qingxi Village in Shaoshan City as an example to demonstrate the feasibility,effectiveness,and universality of the theoretical methods constructed in this project.The above arguments demonstrate that the strategy of renovating and constructing the beautiful villages environment and landscape from multiple dimensions such as planning,environmental protection,culture,and industrial development is scientifically feasible.It is not only in line with the current coordinated development of modern production,life,and ecology in the beautiful villages of Shaoshan City.It is also the necessary way for the sustainable development of new countryside.
