With the development of the supply side structural reform and the opening of the bank entry,the large state-owned banks are confronted with the unprecedented challenges: the concentration of non-performing loans,the growth of small and medium-sized banks,internet finance and so on.As the basic branch of ICBC,the branch B has to face all kinds of competition and pressure.This paper hopes to provide reference for improving the performance evaluation of sub-branches through research.Based on the basic theory of performance appraisal and the result of questionnaire investigation and visit,this paper analyzes the problems of the internal and external development environment,operating situation and performance appraisal of ICBC B branch,and obtains the main problems in its performance appraisal,and then analyzes the cause of these problems and put forward the feasible suggestions.
