Research On Poverty Alleviation Of Rural Tourism In The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Poverty alleviation of rural tourism is a model of poverty alleviation originated from CPC and people in the process of long-term exploration,which is the important part of Xi Jin ping`s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,is a idiographic form of industrial poverty alleviation and special Pro-poor Tourism.It is very significant for advancing poverty alleviation and attaining the goal of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society to summarize the basic experience about poverty alleviation of rural tourism on the basis of arranging the development of poverty alleviation of rural tourism in the various regions of China.This paper conducts a more in-deep and systematic study on poverty alleviation of rural tourism in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region by literature analysis,empirical analysis and interdisciplinary analysis,the paper includes the following chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which is mainly introduces the background and significance,research status,research ideas and methods,frame structure and innovation.The second chapter is poverty alleviation of rural tourism`s issues and theory.First,the paper defines concepts such as poverty,poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation of rural tourism,the important counties and district counties of poverty alleviation,the important villages in poverty alleviation of rural tourism.Then,the paper states the necessity about poverty alleviation of rural tourism in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from three aspects: the formation mechanism about the vicious cycle of poverty,the multiple effects,the resolution about the vicious cycle of poverty in the way of rural tourism.And the paper states the benefits about poverty alleviation of rural tourism in four aspect: economy,culture,society and ecology.Finally,the paper explains fundamental theory about poverty alleviation of rural tourism from the Classical Marxism,the Chinese Marxism and the International Society Anti-Poverty theory perspectives.The third chapter is the advantages and processes about poverty alleviation of rural tourism in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.This part mainly states the advantages of Inner Mongolia for developing poverty alleviate of rural tourism,and divides the poverty alleviation process of rural tourism in Inner Mongolia into three stages: formation,development and perfection to state the formation and development of poverty alleviation of rural tourism in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region.The forth chapter is the problems and countermeasures of poverty alleviation of rural tourism in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.This part concludes the countermeasures on the basis of stating causes and problems about poverty alleviation of rural tourism in Inner Mongolia,which is paying attention to the green poverty alleviation and achieving the sustainable poverty alleviation of rural tourism;paying attention to national culture and achieving the distinctive poverty alleviation of rural tourism;paying attention to relative poverty and achieving the balance of poverty alleviation of rural tourism;paying attention to sharing ideas and achieving the fairness of poverty alleviation in rural tourism.The innovations of this paper are analyzing the problems about poverty alleviation of rural tourism in Inner Mongolia autonomous region by using Marxist theory,and proposing some suggestions about advancing poverty alleviation of rural tourism in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region by the application of multidisciplinary knowledge and the analysis of specific examples.
