Study On Business Process Optimization Of Jilin Province Rural Credit Bank

The rural credit cooperatives association of Jilin Province was established on May 20,2004.It is authorized by the provincial government to perform the functions of "service,guidance,coordination and industry management" to the rural credit cooperatives of the province.Now it has jurisdiction over 33 rural commercial Banks and 19 counties.With 27343 employees and 1731 service outlets,it is the largest local financial institution with the largest number of outlets,the widest scope of services and the largest support.The construction of process banks and the optimization of bank business processes is a hot issue in the research of commercial banks.It is the application of management process optimization theory to commercial banks.The contemporary trend of financial mixed operation is obvious,the interest rate market reform steadily,in direct financing construction under the background of rural credit cooperatives in Jilin Province as the study of the small and medium-sized financial institutions,business process optimization,can better adapt to competition and has theoretical significance and practical significance of market reform.This paper first describes the relevant theories of process optimization,including the theory of process management and the theory of business process optimization.The present situation of the business process of the rural credit cooperatives in Jilin province is briefly introduced.Three representative banking services,such as the counter service flow,the credit business process and the organization and management process,are used as the breakthrough point to find out the problems existing in the process and analyze the reasons.The analysis and design of business process optimization is carried out according to research method and research route,and the optimization plan is put forward.Finally,through the implementation of the proposal to protect the project to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,finally came to the conclusion of the study.
