Financial leasing,which came into being in 1950 s,is a transaction with dual functions of financing and financing.Because it meets the needs of contemporary economic development,it has been developing rapidly all over the world.China's financial leasing industry started late.In 1981,the establishment of China Eastern Leasing Company represented the opening of financial leasing industry in China.After 37 years of development,financial leasing has become one of the most important financing ways in China.In recent years,countries continue to give policy support,to promote business development,financial leasing and related laws.However,with the rapid development of the industry,the increasing number of financial leasing companies,the industry increasingly fierce competition,how to survive and develop in such a fierce competition,is the primary problem facing every financial leasing company.FAW Leasing Co.,Ltd.was registered in Tianjin in February 22,2016 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of FAW Capital Holdings Limited.In July 14,2016,the company officially acquired the qualification of the pilot enterprise of domestic financing and leasing,and achieved the full coverage of business leasing and financial leasing business.It officially became one of the first batch of 6 domestic financial leasing experimental enterprises in 2016.Based on Collaborative vehicle loan,we need to deepen the financing needs of customers,form a two wheel drive mode of vehicle loan and lease,and maximize the support of group vehicle sales by financial means.Based on the development of FAW Leasing Co.,Ltd.,this paper applies the theory of strategic management to further study the development of FAW Leasing Co.,Ltd.First of all,the existence of the FAW leasing company development present situation and problems in the development of analysis;secondly,based on the FAW leasing company external environment analysis,internal environment analysis and SWOT analysis,combined with the strategic goal of the company,the company of FAW Leasing Co.should adopt the growth strategy at the corporate level,at the operational level by differentiation strategy,in aspects of the strategic support strategic conclusions;finally,according to the company development strategy selection,put forward the implementation plan strategy and measures.
