A Comparative Study Of Enterprise Innovation Mechanism And Innovation Efficiency Based On The Difference Of Property Right

The comparison of efficiency between state owned enterprises and private enterprises has been one of the focuses of people's attention and debate.With the continuous development of China's economy and the gradual liberalization of the market,in the increasingly fierce market competition environment,state-owned enterprises and private enterprises are facing a new round of challenges.How to improve enterprise innovation efficiency and innovation strength,and then enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,improve the strength of enterprises has become a common issue of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.In order to further understand and combine the different nature of the property enterprise's own characteristics to improve the innovation performance.Firstly,the relationship of property rights and enterprise innovation,opportunities for innovation and innovation performance are analyzed,and the difference of innovation behavior through property right structure differences between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises to bring,and then analyzes innovation performance differences bring the difference of innovative mechanism and behavior of these two kinds of different property rights of enterprises.At the same time,this paper selects ZTE and HUAWEI which belong to the state-owned properties and the private nature of the two mobile communication equipment manufacturers as a case study,combined with the structure of property rights of the two companies and the evolution of the status quo,the differences of innovation behavior and innovation performance comparison of two enterprises after the analysis of the property right which caused.On the whole for the state-owned enterprises,is to mobilize the enthusiasm of innovation of state-owned enterprises,an important part of the current market economic system innovation,to make it more flexible in product innovation,technology innovation and management innovation,and make greater contribution to China's economic and social development.For private enterprises,to actively guide the way to provide better help for the type of enterprise innovation.At the same time,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation ability and the innovation ability of private enterprises,in order to provide reference for the relevant policy formulation and enterprise innovation.
