With the formation of "mobile Internet" concept,this industry has completely entered people's lives.Mobile Internet is an emerging industry that combines mobile communications and traditional Internet.The pursuit of fashion and innovative knowledge workers after 90s will be a key group to promote the rapid development of the industry.But they tend to have their own psychological,no psychological burden,they are also very difficult to adapt to corporate culture.The traditional way of management has been unable to meet the needs of these young workers.In the mobile Internet and the era of globalization,how to retain talent is undoubtedly a big problem.This paper takes the post-90s knowledge worker of mobile Internet industry as the research object,and synthesizes the Price-Mueller(2000)model and the research results at home and abroad.The first step is to investigate workers through questionnaires.Secondly,the data of the survey were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.I extracted 8 factors including interpersonal relationship,work,salary and so on,and determined the multiple linear regression equation with interpersonal relationship,emotion and work as independent variable.Finally,the paper combines the results of this empirical analysis with the characteristics of the post-90s workers,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the mobile Internet industry to reduce the employee turnover rate.The paper points out that in the relationship,post-90s workers need a harmonious way of interaction,colleagues can not form exclusion,the upper and lower levels can not form power and oppression;in the emotional,post-90s workers need to be encouraged by managers because it can help them relieve their mental pressure and make them feel a sense of identity;in terms of work,autonomous and content-rich work will be more likely to retain post-90s workers.The conclusions of this paper can not only provide substantive guidance to the mobile Internet companies which are in the developing stage and the supply and demand of personnel are unbalanced,but also plays a directive role in the development of mobile Internet industry.
