Reasonable flow of talent has certain positive significance to the dynamic balance of talent structure and human resource optimization for enterprises.But,how to take positive and effective measures to avoid the losses caused by improper flow and the turnover of core talents is the important topic of current bank human resource management.Taking X Bank Xiamen Branch as an example,I summarize and analyze the main reason and influence of the turnover of corporate client manager.And then based on the past year experiences and combining author 's working experiences in human resource department of this bank;put forward such measures as improving talent admission mechanism,talent competitiveness and brand image,strengthening employees' integration guidance and cultural concern establishing scientific and performance appraisal mechanism,improving employees' multi-dimensional occupational development path,and increasing salary and welfare guarantee,to improve the retaining of talent of corporate client manager and talent turnover condition,in order to maintain and enhance the competitiveness of Xiamen Branch of X bank in local market.At the same time,it is hoped that through the research on the turnover of core talent,this paper can provide more reference for personnel management in commercial bank and other financial organizations.
