Feasibility Study On Rural Land Consolidation In Tumen City

With the rapid development of social economy,the contradiction between man and land has become increasingly acute.The scarcity of land resources requires me to save and intensive use of land.Therefore,the continuous and efficient use of land resources is one of the objectives we pursue today.Rural land remediation is one of the important measures to improve the conditions and environment of land resources in China.It can improve the current arable land resources environment,improve the efficiency of land use,and it is of great significance to improve the production and living standards of farmers and promote regional development.The feasibility study is one of the necessary studies before the implementation of the rural land remediation project to ensure the smooth progress of the project.This article is based on the land remediation project of 2 villages in Shuinan and Yongchang,Shixian Town,Tumen City,and the two villages land remediation project as the basis for the paper,using data and literature review method,field survey method,and expert consultation method to study the feasibility of rural land remediation.The main conclusions of the study are:(1)The implementation of the project is of great significance.The feasibility study of the land remediation project plans of 2 villages in Shuinan and Yongchang,Shixian Town,Tumen City can both ensure the smooth implementation of the project and provide a model driving role for the planning and design of rural land remediation in other regions.The implementation of the project can improve the local farming environment,ensure food security,and ensure the dynamic balance of total arable land in the region.After implementation,it is an important measure for the implementation of the rural land remediation strategy in Tumen City,which can increase the effective cultivated land area and improve the expected effect of land use efficiency.It can provide a scientific reference for the formation of a follow-up land consolidation feasibility study system.(2)Project implementation is feasible.Through the analysis of legitimacy,infrastructure conditions,rural residential development status,land use restriction factors,land suitability,new sources of cultivated land,land and water resources,ecological environment and potential risks and public participation,the land remediation project plans of 2 villages in Shuinan and Yongchang,Shixian Town,Tumen City is operable.The analysis result shows that the scheme has operability.The method,process and results of the analysis can provide a scientific reference for the feasibility study of other rural land remediation projects.(3)After project implementation,benefits are significant.Through the analysis of social benefits,economic benefits,ecological benefits and environmental impacts,29.49hm2 of newly-added arable land will be provided in the remediation area,and the net increase of arable land will create an annual output value of 307,200,000 yuan after the rectification project is implemented,The promotion will benefit national food security,moreover,the implementation of the project will increase the income of farmers,promote the development of regional economy and build a harmonious society,and build ecologically safe ecological infrastructure to prevent and control soil erosion.
