Nowadays,it is necessary to study the development of Internet finance and traditional commercial banks in the era of Internet,regardless of its theoretical or practical significance.From a theoretical point of view,at present,various industries are actively responding to the call,following the trend of the times,and looking for innovative applications of the "Internet" in all aspects of business development.Under the strong impact of Internet finance,the traditional commercial banks are constantly exploring the joint point and seeking to form their own new competitiveness.However,in academic research,there are still some gaps and deficiencies,and there is much room for innovation in the combination of traditional banking and Internet finance.From the practical point of view,Internet finance,with its technical advantages,has a two-way impact on traditional commercial banks in China.The Application of traditional Finance in Internet Technology Lower cost,improve efficiency,start to seek product and service innovation,and propose customer-centered.This article uses the literature research method and the case study method,through to the NY bank Jining branch internal resources environment research,uses the PEST rule,the five forces model carries on the analysis to the macroscopic environment,the profession environment,the regional environment.This paper reveals the opportunities and challenges that Internet finance brings to commercial banks,and according to the above research conclusions,carries out SWOT analysis of Jining Branch of NY Bank,and in the field of credit business,To help NY Bank Jining Branch to find a feasible competitive strategy under the background of Internet finance,and put forward the strategy implementation safeguard measures.The research of this paper is about how other traditional commercial banks change their traditional management mode and inherent thinking In the new era,the development under the new normal also has certain reference value,and has the certain significance to enrich the Internet financial theory system and the traditional banking "Internet" era credit business competition strategy system.This article through the analysis net loan pattern,provides the enlightenment for the NY bank Jining branch credit business Internet strategic innovation:looks for the new customer by the on-line platform;uses big data subdivides the customer,the accurate marketing,To enhance customer experience.NY Bank Jining Branch if it can take advantage of traditional advantages,seize the opportunity of Internet technology development and national economic transformation,improve the number and quality of small and micro customers and customer experience,It will be able to find new business and profit growth point,while serving the real economy,step up to a new level of its own development.
