Research On The Industry Development Effect Of Cross-border Economic Cooperation In Border Areas Of Guangxi

Under the background of globalization and regional economic integration,China has been widely involved in regional economic cooperation,making full use of the advantages of border areas and developing cross-border economic cooperation with neighboring countries.In the southwest border of China,the cross-border economic cooperation is in full swing,which has a great influence on the economy and society of Guangxi.However,there are few studies on cross-border economic cooperation and industry development.Therefore,it is very important to research the impact of cross-border economic cooperation on industry development in the border areas,which it is helpful to enrich relevant theory research and promote border area in Guangxi participating in the "China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone ","The Belt and Road" international cooperation framework and implementing the policy that bring prosperity to border areas.The paper first explains the concept of cross-border economic cooperation and industry development,and analyzes the conduction mechanism of cross-border trade and cross-border investment to promote industry development.According to the definition of industry development,cross-border economic cooperation will promote the growth of industrial output value and the upgrading of industrial structure.On this basis,two models are constructed,onemodel is that cross-border economic cooperation in border areas promotes growth of industrial output value,the other model is that cross-border economic cooperation in border areas promotes the upgrading of industrial structure.The study shows that cross-border trade and cross-border investment and industry development has a long-term relationship.Cross-border trade and cross-border investment are the reasons for industry development in border areas.Finally,I put forward some policy suggestions.
