Research On Schedule Risk Of Internet Of Things Project Of CD Company

With the advancement of economic globalization and the strengthening of internationalization of production,the competition of manufacturing enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.More and more manufacturing enterprises begin to use the Internet of things technology to improve the level of automation and reduce the operating costs of enterprises.However,there are few researches on risk management of Internet of things in China at present.How to use risk management theory and tools to reduce the risk of Internet of things and improve the quality of project is a problem that experts and scholars need to solve.This paper is a research on the schedule risk management of Internet of things project of CD company.First of all,the author sort out the relevant literature of risk management to introduce the related theories on the specific situation of CD company's Internet of things project as well as the risk management.Then,we describe the basic principles and calculation methods of analytic hierarchy process(AHP).And then we make risk recognition and establish a risk assessment model and use AHP to calculate the weight of various risks.Finally,we put forward the project risk response strategies and measures,and briefly introduce the implementation process of project risk management,and summarizes the project risk management effect.The author combines theoretical knowledge with the actual project and achieves the following results.(1)We establish the model of risk assessment of life cycle according to the schedule of project and lay the foundation for risk assessment of Internet of things project of CD company.(2)We calculate the risk index weight by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and establish construction risk evaluation system.Thus,the data information combined the qualities with quantities improves the availability of data and fills the gaps in the risk management of CD company's data.(3)We put forward effective risk prevention measures to reduce the probability of project risk,avoid project schedule delay and reduce the cost.(4)We improve the project risk management process of CD company.This study has made important contributions to the smooth implementation of the project,and also has a good reference value and reference for risk management in the Internet of things projects for other companies as well as the same industry.
