The behavior of securities has become an important part of the national economic development and plays an important role in the growth of the national economy.In recent years,with the emergence of China's new normal economy and the slow development of the old industrial base in Northeast China,the business development of enterprises is facing new challenges.The growth rate of enterprises is decreasing year by year,and the rapid development of enterprises will face enormous challenges.On the other hand,as the number of competitors and the strength increasing,Northeast Securities companies are facing fierce market competition,how to optimize the human resources development strategy of the existing in the slow economic development and fierce competition in the market environment,enhance the efficiency of human resources management,enhance the attraction and cohesion,is the need to solve the problem of northeast securities.First of all,the research on the basic situation of the Northeast Securities Company has been elaborated in detail.The strategic position of human resource development in the Northeast Securities Company is a macro strategy to serve the company's overall,enhance the reserve of talents and human resources development planning,reduce the cost of human resources and improve the utilization efficiency of personnel,to ensure the health of human resource management and meet the needs of the development,the Northeast Securities Company to build the core competitiveness of human resources advantages.The development of the enterprise has experienced the starting stage,the development stage and the mature stage.The development of the Northeast Securities Company is reflected in the recruitment system,training system,salary management system and performance evaluation system.It has given full play to its own advantages,but at the same time there are some problems.Through the questionnaire survey and structured interview summary results of the situation,the study found that the Northeast Securities on human resources management in the existing strategic understanding insufficiency,the overall quality of staff needs to be improved,the performance appraisal system is not perfect,the enterprise culture construction is not mature enough short.Secondly,the internal and external environment of the human resource development of Northeast Securities Company is discussed in detail.In the field of external environment analysis,industry trends we found that industry concentration is increasing and industry mergers and acquisitions will be more apparent.In the analysis of policy environment,economic environment,technological environment and social environment,companies have some unique advantages,but there are also some disadvantages and challenges.At the same time,the advantages,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Northeast Securities Company are also very obvious.The understanding of these problems is helpful for us to formulate strategic plan and mode of human resources.Finally,the differentiation strategy,the transformational strategy,the offensive strategy and the defensive strategy of the human resource strategy can be applied to the Northeast Securities Company.After analyzing the planning,demand and target of human resources strategy of Northeast Securities Company,we put forward that differentiated strategy,transformational strategy,offensive strategy and defensive strategy can be applied in the company.Finally,the defensive human resource strategy of the support management department,the differentiated human resource strategy of the business center,the reform of human resource strategy of the business management center and the offensive human resource strategy of the management organization are put forward.
