In order to improve MJ's management capabilities and make it more competitive in the die market,this paper has studied the company's production planning information system.Through visiting research,combining with actual work and industry data,and comparing with domestic and foreign counterparts,this article takes production planning as an entry point,demonstrates the importance of production planning information system to MJ company,and looks for the gap between the present situation and the ideal state of MJ Company.The gap would come up to the problem point,and according to the problem point,we can find that it is important that Production Plan Information System for MJ Production Plan Development.From the analysis of the status quo,it is found that the entire production planning information system of MJ lacks top-level design and has not carried out systematic scheme planning.Each business unit has barry.Production plans are formulated by manual people.The planning cycle is long and the plan is not reasonable.MJ company does not have the macro control of ERP system in the control of the overall resources,Unreasonable production planning often leads to delays in customer nodes,and it is difficult to adapt to the needs of the rapid development of the company.If MJ wants to maintain its leading position in the automobile cold stamping die market in China,it must quickly complete the top-level design of the company's production management information,quickly purchase ERP systems,and combine the ERP system with the EMAN system closely,Build knowledge base,improve the production and management ability of enterprises.This paper analyzes the production planning system and EMAN system application status of the company,and points out that MJ's production plans information system is still in the primary application stage.The plan formulation is short of overall planning,the concept needs to be improved,the method is backward,and the planning link is not complete.These problems have seriously hampered the improvement of MJ's management capabilities,which is the core factor causing the delay of the project nodes and the high cost of operation.Such problems are also a common problem in China's automobile cold stamping die industry.In recent years,some enterprises have gradually become aware,but lack of effective means and lack of consensus among enterprises.This paper proposes some specific solutions to these problems and can give MJ companies and even other domestic counterparts some guiding suggestions.The program of automatic scheduling by EMAN instead of manual scheduling is particularly prominent.It not only improves the efficiency of planning,but also improves the rationality and enforceability of planning.At present,similar domestic enterprises have not yet reached such standards,and this program is in a leading position.This paper examines how to effectively integrate the production planning information system on a breadth of scale,examines how to improve the degree of informatization of production planning in depth,and enhances the overall level of MJ's production management.Through the establishment of various databases,MJ can promote the improvement of the technological level,deeply integrate industrialization and informatization,and achieve the goal of becoming an intelligent factory.
