Rural tourism is a new tourism industry,which is characterized by the experience of rural cultural life,visitors who are came from nearby city and services which usually offering by rural family,helping to revitalize rural and solve the problems of the third industry.With the increasing demand for rural tourism of Chinese residents,it brings opportunities to rural tourism,but the development of rural tourism still exist many problems in present stage,the large difference level of development of different region,the poor comprehensive quality of practitioners,rural tourism suffer challenges also.To solve the existing problems such as the duplicate of products and the poor service quality,enhance the competitiveness of rural tourism,so that rural tourism can continuously play its role in promoting economy,it need to have professional knowledge and high-quality employees.It has been a typical case in that the development of rural tourism in Shangougou village has been more ten years,but the situation which it staying in the primary stage of farmhouse and tourist attractions,and the unclear development orientation,does not accord with the development trend of modern rural tourism,people play a decisive role in the development of rural tourism,whereas the overall quality of employees in this area is not high,the structure is not reasonable,also skills is unprofessional,talent shortage problem has seriously hindered the upgrading development of rural tourism.To further investigate the training of employees,it is found that the past training is mainly organized by the government and participated by other organizations.The training objectives are not clear,the system is not perfect,and the investment of funds is less.In order to solve the existing problems of rural tourism development in the region,combined with the actual situation in the region,some proposal are given from the perspective of the training of organizers,for instance aiming at improving the quality of personnel,suggest to set industry standards,change employee's ideas,implement market training and introducing talents;suggestions aiming to strengthen the effectiveness of training are given,for example,to extend training content,strength training frequency,increase the implementation of training evaluation opinions,hope to improve the reference skills and occupation accomplishment play of employees.
