| This article adopts the method of combination of theory and practice,with full absorption of modern management thoughts and theories in view of the main characteristics of small volume and customized production management of powder coating equipment,applying related theories and methods of production customization in terms of production planning analysis,production layout design,process optimization,labor utilization and quality control,etc.Associated applying modular design method,the article diagnoses the current situation of N company's customized production mode,and came up with corresponding improvement measures.First of all,the article introduces the origin and development of the customized production mode,and then introduces and analyzes current customized production mode of N company.The introduction implies that the highly customized customer requirement greatly affect the design efficiency and make an impact on the manufacturing and supply lead time as well.In order to improve the design efficiency and shorten the lead time,N company adopts the concept of Modular Design,this helps reduce the design time by 40%.Combined with using MRP system,N company also applies the RCCP method to improve the capacity utilization rate by 20%.N company also improves productivity by 10%through process optimization.The improved customized production mode shifts the Customer Order Decoupling Point from ETO to in-between MTO and ETO,becoming more flexible and agile to the dynamic market needs and brings significant economic benefits to the company. |
