Quantity flexibility contract is widely used in terms of supply chain coordination,which is a relatively hot issue in the present research of supply chain contract.Quantity flexibility contract can give retailers a kind of product order quantity flexibility and product compensation flexibility,therefore,it can better deal with the risk problems caused by market demand uncertainty;meanwhile enforce the cooperation between suppliers and retailers,and create a win-win situation.Although the research on quantity flexibility contract has made some certain progress,most of the research is limited,incomplete and lacks some necessary application research.Given the above phenomena,it is really necessary to do some further research on the quantity flexibility contract so as to much better handle the complicated and changeable market demand situations;simultaneously,provide enough theoretical support and some very innovative methods to solve the practical supply chain problems better.This paper mainly completed the following four aspects of the research work:(1)A model of quantity flexibility contract considering repurchase price.In allusion to a two-stage supply chain consisting of one supplier and one retailer,the quantity flexibility contract model considering repurchase price was put forward.Firstly,this paper described the model;secondly constructed the model and gave a solution method;finally,analyzed the flexibility of supply chain profits distribution and gave an example analysis.(2)A model of quantity flexibility contract considering repurchase price and retailer owning effort cost.Based on the study of the quantity flexibility contract model considering repurchase price,the quantity flexibility contract model considering repurchase price and retailer owning effort cost was put forward.Firstly,this paper described the model;secondly constructed the model and gave a solution method;finally,optimized the model and gave an example analysis.(3)A model of quantity flexibility contract considering repurchase price and supplier and retailer sharing effort cost together.Based on the study of the quantity flexibility contract model considering repurchase price,the quantity flexibility contract model considering repurchase price and supplier and retailer sharing effort cost together was put forward.Firstly,this paper described the model;secondly constructed the model and gave a solution method;finally,optimized the model and gave an example analysis.(4)Application research:the analysis and improvement of supply chain coordination strategy for company P's electronic product I.This paper used the quantity flexibility contract model considering repurchase price and supplier and retailer sharing effort cost together to analyze and improve the supply chain coordination strategy of company P's electronic product I.Firstly,this paper introduced the background of company P;secondly,analyzed the basic situation of company P's electronic product I;finally,analyzed and improved the supply chain coordination strategy of company P's electronic product I,which can help to achieve the Pareto optimality in the end,and therefore,it can easily verify that the proposed model is really reasonable and practicable.Based on the traditional quantity flexibility contract and taking the repurchase price and effort factors into careful consideration,this paper further studies the quantity flexibility contract,and it improves and enriches the research of quantity flexibility contract;in the meantime,provides some certain reference to solve the practical supply chain problems,which has an increasingly crucial practical significance and application value.
