The Relationship Of Personality Traits And Place Attachment

In recent years,the rapid development of rural tourism industry has gradually become the main economic source.In rural tourism,people's demand is also the direction of diversification,according to the different tourist groups are extremely important to the development of rural tourism.While the tourists have emotional preference on the tourism destination,and will often go to someplace will stay for a few days.Visiblily,grasping the demand characteristics of tourists is rural tourism development and maintain reliable guarantee for sustainable development.The research on this issue is exploring the travel needs of tourists from tourist destination,very few fully considering the existence of between tourists and tourism destination relationship.In view of this,this article mainly from the psychological level,to explore the personality traits of different people.But from the personality traits analysis is not much research on palce attachment,mainly concentrate in the foreign countries.Therefore,the main purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between the two,how to develop rural tourism.This paper selects Hefei Sanshigang town as the research and investigation through the network investigation and on-the-spot questionnaires.The valid questionnaires collected by SPSS 17.0 software for data analysis,in order to test the hypotheses.The results show the below: first,personality traits have positive significant influence on rural attachment,which in addition to neuroticism,the five dimensions of place attachment effects of extraversion were significantly positive;second,from the personality traits we can predict the palce attachment.
