Research On The Efficiency Of Financial Support For Economic Development In Huoshan County

A country's national economy by a variety of regional economy,county economy belongs to the category of regional economy,the county has been for thousands of years as a local unit of China's administrative level,administrative and economic is the most basic unit of our country,so its politics and economy in China also plays an important role.Finance is the core of modern economy,since the reform and opening up of China's economic development has gained remarkable achievements,for many years the economy has maintained two digits,with education and health investment investment increase,improve people's living standard,great reform bonus.However,the contradiction between the county and the urban and rural economy has become increasingly prominent,and the gap is becoming more and more significant.With the transfer of the party in the new period of the basic line and the focus of the work,pay attention to the index of our county's economic development from the total economy gradually evolved into both quantity and quality,how to make the sound and rapid economic development has become the focus of attention of the government.In the national policy support,and jointly promote the upgrading of the industrial structure under the economic growth of Mount Holyoke county has been higher than the national average,the county's economic development needs financial support,rely on local financial expenditure,apparently difficult to continue the rapid development of industrial construction,agriculture,services and infrastructure.Finance is the main source of funds,but for various reasons,apart from the development of the development of Finance and economy,such as the outflow of money to large and medium-sized city,county financial institutions construction is not perfect,the credit guarantee system is not perfect,the degree of bad loan psychological fear will cause the future faces many contradictions in the development of county economy,how to to overcome the bottlenecks encountered in the development,but also experts and scholars concerned.In view of the above reasons,this article from the perspective of theory and empirical comprehensive evaluation support efficiency of Huoshan County banking financial institutions on economic development,and the related factors of the efficiency of the analysis done to Huoshan County Credit efficiency put forward relevant countermeasures,and provides methods and ideas on the efficiency evaluation of county economy process.First of all,this paper introduces the domestic and foreignresearch theories of county economy,defines the concept of county economy and credit support,and clarifies the boundaries for the following research process,which provides a theoretical basis.Secondly,this paper compares the economic development of county with Anhui and Lu'an,and makes a longitudinal comparison of the economic situation of2005-2016 in Huoshan for nearly twelve years.From the overall understanding of the economic development of Huoshan County,provides a realistic basis for the following study.Again,the variable coefficient SFA model and grey relational analysis method,and the construction of the Huoshan County technical efficiency calculation model based on the SFA model,and through software calculation,the technical efficiency over the years;at the same time,using the gray correlation analysis of factors affecting the efficiency of value method is analyzed.Finally,according to the results of the model test,this paper evaluates the credit support efficiency of Huoshan County,and puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the efficiency value.
