Research On Financial Support Of Tourism Development In Anhui Province

In recent years,China's tourism has achieved a leap-forward development and already formed a considerable scale with the progress of economy and society.Tourism is an industry with several unique characteristics such as strong comprehensiveness,wide radiation and consumption of low energy and so on.It not only provides powerful support in stimulating consumption,expanding domestic demand,making more people employeed,but also drives the development of other industries,making a positive contribution to the sustained and healthy growth of the national economy and the rational adjustment of industrial structure.In 2016,the National Tourism Administration released the "2016 annual tourism statistics report",concluding that China's tourism market would continue to expand and that the related indexs ranked the forefront in the macro-economy.For example,domestic tourists amounted to 4.41 billion with an increase of 11.00%.In the meantime,the tourists entering or leaving the region reached 260 million,which also had a rise of 3.90%.What's more,the total revenue of the industry run up to 4.69 trillion yuan,going up by 11.36% compared with this time last year.Thus,it can be seen that the role of tourism what is called “sunrise industry” becomes increasingly important.What is well-known to us is that financial support is essential to any industry which seeks long-term sustainable development,the model has gradually become the main characteristics of contemporary social and economic development and future trend.In this context,Anhui Province also keeps up with the pace of development of the national tourism industry,tourism has driven the province's economy and its contribution to the GDP is also rising.So it can be said that tourism has become the pillar industry to the economy of Anhui Province Society.With the promulgation of the "13th Five-Year Plan" in 2016,the Anhui Provincial Tourism Bureau hosted a review on the "13th Five-Year Plan" for Tourism Development in Anhui Province and the Tourism Development Plan for Anhui International Cultural Tourism Demonstration Zone in Hefei.The leaders attached great importance to the development of tourism and pointed out that the efforts to tourism should be step up and the advantages of tourism such as the strong linkage and the effect to other industries should be made full use of to promote the economy in a better and faster direction.It was also reported that the "planning" needed to be further demonstrated and improved so as to be the new blueprint of the formation of Anhui tourism development.So we can confer that Anhui tourism will achieve new development in a good momentum.However,by comparing the actual situation of Anhui's tourism industry with other provinces in the country,the main problems can be attributed to the development of financial bottlenecks,that is to say,the financial support is short to some degree.In general,it can be mainly reflected in the lack of policy financial support,the unwillingness to support in the financial institutions,which is leaded by commercial banks,the shortage of tourism financial services,the simplicity of tourism financing mode rather than diversified financing path;its own problems which also weaken the financial support effect.Therefore,a more reasonable financial support path to solve the existing funding bottlenecks should be explored in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of Anhui tourism.The text of this paper is divided into seven chapters.The first is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the background and significance,the content and methods as well as the route of the article by drawing the framework.And in the last section of the chapter,the creativities and deficiencies of the article are illustrated.The second is the review of literature,the related researches can be summarized into three perspectives:the interaction between tourism and financial support,the relationship between financial support and the economic growth of tourism and the interactive-effect on industrial development and financial support in domestic and foreign countries.The third is the basis of theoretical level.Define the connotation of tourism and financial support and then analyze the function mechanism of tourism development from the perspectives of market financial support,policy financial support and so on.The fourth is the description of the status quo focusing on the tourism resources in Anhui province,the present development situation of tourism and the difficulties faced,the current situation of finance supporting tourism development and the existing problems.The fifth is the empirical research.In the chapter the method of mathematical statistics is used to make further study on the interaction between tourism development and financial support in Anhui province.Specifically,ADF test,co-integration test and Granger causality test are carried out to analyze the time-series data with the help of Eviews7.0.The sixth is the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This chapter puts forward some countermeasures according to the current development situation of tourism in Anhui province and the lack of financial support to some extent so as to solve the existing problems and promote the economic growth of Anhui province.The last is the conclusion and prospect,mainly reviewing the full text and looking forward to the direction of future research.
